By Air: The nearest airport is Aizawl's Lengpui Airport, about 15.5–32 km from the city, with flights connecting to Kolkata, Guwahati, and New Delhi. From there, travelers continue onward to Reiek via Aizawl. By Rail: Aizawl has no railway station of its own; the nearest railhead is Silchar, Assam, about 140 km away, followed by a road journey through Aizawl to Reiek. By Road: From Aizawl, Reiek is about 29 km away, taking roughly 1–1.5 hours by taxi through scenic, winding hill roads. Hiring a taxi from Aizawl is the easiest way to reach Reiek, with costs around ₹5,000 for a combined Reiek Tlang and Ngai Tlang trip. The trek itself begins at Lalluaia Sailo Adventure Park, spans roughly 4–5 km one way, and takes about 3–4 hours to complete, starting from the base of the hill and climbing to the summit. Local Highlights: Don't miss the Reiek Heritage Village showcasing traditional Mizo houses and lifestyle, the nearby Reiek Tlang Mini Cave, and if time allows, the adjoining Ngai Tlang ridge walk for an extended sunrise trek experience. Solomon's Temple and Infinity Ainawn Park are also close by.
